Hello! I'm Genesis Lowe, the self-taught baker and edible artist behind Twinkle & Sprinkles Bakery a home-based bakery in Oviedo, FL. I believe every occasion deserves to be celebrated with sweets!

A Philosophy of Real Ingredients

My perspective on food fundamentally changed after being diagnosed, at the age of 19, with Crohn's Disease. This led me to rigorously examine ingredients, realizing that even sweet treats can be better for you when they are homemade and use simple, real ingredients (like real sugar and butter) instead of highly processed alternatives.

Today, I’ve taken those years of learning and combined them with my passion for sculpting and painting to create high-quality desserts for the community. Every custom cake and artisan chocolate bar is more than just a treat; it’s a piece of edible art crafted with the care and integrity you deserve.
